Reheated ring-shaped biscuits

  • 1000 grams of flour
  • 1 glass of lard
  • Some seeds of wild fennel
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams of criscia (that is a compound made with flour, salt, warm water that is mixed and let it and made it sour for 7/8 days becoming yeast)


Mix dough with the other ingredients, make some cylinders of dough, give shape to the cookies and boil them in water until they float back up to the surface; then remove them from water and leave them dry before baking at a temperature of 200 degrees for about one hour.
