Ingredients for 8 people

For the pastry:

  • 1000 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of lard
  • Salt
  • 2 eggs
  • A glass of sparkling wine or white wine
  • Local extra-virgin olive oil
  • Icing sugar


For making the pastry you have to follow the same procedure described for panzerotti. Once spread the pastry, cut it into strips using a small wheel and roll on themselves forming a kind of rosette.

Then fry the pancakes in hot oil and serve with a dusting of icing sugar.
