Tart with black pudding

  • 500 grams of flour
  • 250 grams of butter
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 200 grams of icing sugar
  • Black pudding

Spread the pastry (previously mixed and left to rest in the fridge for about one hour) using rolling pin and share it in two parts: with the first cover the baking pan and pour inside it the black pudding. Then cover everything with the second portion of pastry and put it in oven at 180 degrees for about 35/40 minutes.
