Pizza with cracklings

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 150 grams of pork rinds (cracklings)
  • 300 grams of bread dough
  • Lard
  • Chili pepper


Knead bread dough, then include into dough also the pork rinds; put the dough in a pan greased with lard and cook in oven already heated to a temperature of 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, until a golden crust is formed.

Serve hot.
