Crispy peppers

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 20 local crispy peppers (i.e. dried in the sun and outdoors, stacked in characteristic necklaces)
  • Half glass of extra-virgin olive oil
  • Enough salt




Clean the peppers using a napkin and remove the seeds. Pour oil in a pan and, when it’s hot, dip peppers and stir them quickly, just the time enough to make them crispy; after taking them quickly out from the pan serve hot in a plate and add some pinches of salt.
