Potatoes au gratin

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 6 medium size potatoes
  • Pork (even the less noble partes)
  • Salt
  • Oregano
  • Parsley
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Chili pepper powdered (optional)


Put oil in a pot, slices of potatoes and chunks of your own choice. Season adding salt, oregano, parsley and, if you want, also chili powdered.

Let it cook in the oven at a temperature not very high. In the past, the dish was cooked on fire putting the embers on the lid.
