Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 root of local horseradish
  • 6-8 eggs
  • Local pecorino cheese grated
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Local extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Whisk the eggs and add 2 or 3 little spoons of grated horseradish, breadcrumbs, pecorino cheese grated and some salt. Mix everything and pour into a pot in which already has to be warmed some oil; then cook as to do with a normal omelette.
